The Fellowships Foundation classes are offered to help those who are new to the Fellowship  get to know the folks in our church family and understand why we do what we do. We are in the process of designing four small groups and supportive material to assistant you on this adventure of walking with God, living in community, and serving others.  The other groups are as follows: 

Foundation 1: An Orientation
Foundation 2: Walking with God
Foundation 3: Strengthened by Community
Foundation 4: Blessing Others

As in a building, a firm foundation in our faith is extremely important.  The Bible talks about it this way, referring to the one who builds on a firm foundation: 

 “He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built” (Luke 6:48 NIV).

The Bible talks about two builders, one who builds on a foundation of sand and the other on solid rock.  It’s not a question of building.  We are all building some kind of life.  The question is, “What is the foundation?” 

1 Corinthians 3:11 (NIV) says, ”For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
